Despite all attempts by American Idol producers to help Adam win, he still lost. If you haven't noticed, Adam was on the cover of several magazines including Entertainment Weekly just last week. Idol producers NEVER allowed a mag to do that sort of thing before the competition ended. Some people may not think Kris Allen should have won, but with all the publicity towards Adam, he did a great job of coming back and proving his talent.

Don't expect Adam to be gone though, I'm sure he will have a great album. Idol producers even released Adam's version of the winner's single. Why are they making so many exceptions for this guy? Adam may end up being like past Idols where the non-winner does better than the winner. Chris Daughtry being a great example. He lost to that grey haired guy. (Damn, I can't remember his name. Now that's sad.)
